Who is responsible for your data

What data we process and why

When you send us a purchase request or a message, we process the data you enter in the form: name, email, phone (if provided), delivery country and address, and your message.

We use this data only to reply to your request and, if you buy, to complete the sale, send the work and issue the invoice. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps and performing the contract at your request and, for invoicing, compliance with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who else has access

The form is received by a technical service of Caravel Suite, which stores and forwards the message on our behalf and according to our instructions. If you buy, the courier receives the name, address and phone number needed for delivery. The invoice is reported to the Portuguese Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária), as required by law.

For how long

Requests and messages that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 180 days at most. Purchase data is kept for as long as the law requires, in particular for the retention period for tax documents.

No cookies and no tracking

This website does not use cookies, has no analytics or advertising tools and does not load third-party scripts. Fonts are served by the website itself.

Only if you press the “See it on your wall” button is an external 3D viewing component loaded (model-viewer, from unpkg.com), which receives your device’s IP address, as with any request on the internet.

The server hosting the website may log technical access data (such as the IP address and the page requested) for security reasons, for a short period.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to caravel@caravelsuite.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
